Mencap are looking to recruit a Facilitator to work with participants of our projects in Carmarthenshire who have learning disabilities or other support needs. We support people, through a range of work-related activities, to progress into paid employment or to gain skills and experiences. We have gardening and land-based projects and the successful candidate will need to have the interest and ability to work in these outdoor settings. You will work as part of a team and the role will include job coaching, training and transporting people when necessary in your own vehicle.
Facilitator £15,421 37.5 hours per week
This will initially be a fixed term post for twelve months. The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable. This post requires an enhanced CRB check. Application forms to be received by 1st November. Further information and an application form is available at Mencap.org.uk/jobs
