That's why we thought we'd share this little gem with you all about people's attitudes.

If only our politicians made as much sense.

In association with Llanelli Music Scene local band 27 Cobalt have picked Friday 14th November to launch their new album at the Masons Arms in Llanelli.

The album entitled ‘27’ is the band’s first release since reforming in 2013. The 13 track album which will also go live on Soundcloud on 14th November contains a mix of old and new 27 Cobalt songs . Drummer Mike Thomas, Bassist Jason Duxberry and Vocalist/ Guitarist Alun Jones recorded the DIY album in Jason’s attic with Jason doing all the engineering & Mike and Alun helping mix the album. The band said they want to try and encourage younger bands that they do not need a record label- ‘ you can do it yourself at home with no help from anyone.’

The fabulous Ursine Princes returned to the Kilkenny Cat on Saturday 4th October for a night of rock n roll. The band played to a busy crowd superbly performing their own original tunes as well as some classic cover songs including Led Zepplin tracks.

The band certainly lifted the atmosphere to a positive place with their lively and upbeat sound and the pub was already bouncing by the time I arrived there and Ursine Princes were already well into their set.
