"Options" Training will be delivering a short, but effective, assertiveness workshop on Thursday February 2 from 10-12pm at the Community of Christ Church, Trostre Road.
The workshop, entitled, "Say what you Mean, Mean what you say" will look at patterns of behavior in ourselves and others, and explore why we can't say "No" without feeling guilty. The workshop is FREE, and light refreshments are provided.
